I became a coach because I kept watching smart, capable, self-aware people talk themselves out of their own clarity. They'd arrive at a conclusion—then immediately question it. They'd know what they needed—then find fifty reasons not to trust it.

I know that pattern because I've lived it.

There was a period in my own life when I had all the tools and none of the traction. I was doing everything right, and still felt somehow off-track. What changed wasn't more knowledge. It was finally getting still enough to listen—and having someone with me while I did it.

That's what I offer.

My work is rooted in the belief that most people aren't missing information—they're missing a particular kind of support. The kind that holds space without directing, challenges without pushing, and helps you access what's already true for you.

My Approach

I work best with people who are thoughtful and honest—with others and with themselves—but who've somehow lost the thread. They're not in crisis. They're in the uncomfortable middle space: knowing they want something different, but not quite knowing how to get there.
